When I first seen the Banana Guard over at Firebox, I have to admit that I thought it was abit of a silly idea, but after much thought I felt it deserves a place here on Mad for Stuff; after all, aren't inventions suposed to be a solution to a common problem?
I can't think of a more common problem than putting your lovely ripe banana in your bag, taking it out at lunch whilst at work and finding it's been bashed, smashed and bent into a funny brown gooey like substance once you peel back the now bruised peel. (We've all had the gross bruised bananas before!)
